1. General Assembly
The SLCU consisted of 14 organizations. Each organization is represented by three delegates to the SLCU and all of which forms the general assemble.
The assemble converges ones in three months, during which ideas are presented and important decision are taking by a 2/3 majority and implemented by the Executive council of the SLCU.
